Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulated Power Cable
This product is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 12706.1, "Power cables and accessories with extruded insulation rated from 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) to 35 kV (Um = 40.5 kV)—Part 1: Cables rated at 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3.6 kV)." It can also be produced to meet IEC, IS, AS/NZS, JIS, BS, ASTM, DIN, and other international standards, or tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
This product is designed for fixed installation on AC power transmission and distribution lines operating at 50 Hz with rated voltages of 35 kV and below, specifically for transmitting electrical energy. Compared to PVC-insulated power cables, cross-linked power cable products not only deliver superior electrical performance, mechanical strength, heat aging resistance, environmental stress tolerance, and chemical corrosion resistance—but also boast a simpler structure, lighter weight, no limitations on installation height differences, and the ability to operate continuously at higher temperatures (up to 90°C).
Steel-tape armored power cable
These cables have a wide range of applications, primarily used in power transmission and distribution scenarios with rated voltages of 1 kV and below. Common usage areas include powering industrial equipment within factories and workshops, providing electricity to residential complexes and commercial buildings via their distribution systems, supplying power for urban street lighting, park and landscape lighting, and municipal infrastructure projects. They are also ideal for rural irrigation systems and the distribution networks serving densely populated rural residential areas.
