Nanjie Village Cable has brought together a cluster of related enterprises—ranging from emerging copper-processing firms to wire and cable manufacturers, as well as those engaged in advanced wire-drawing and deep-processing operations—that produce copper strips, copper bars, and more—forming a 300-acre Cable Industry Park. Within the park, facilities are arranged according to the specific process flows of each enterprise, creating a complete upstream, midstream, and downstream industrial chain for the wire and cable manufacturing sector.
The company boasts standardized management practices and state-of-the-art equipment, and has been the first to obtain certifications for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The company currently boasts over 100 advanced production and testing equipment units, including 70 extrusion machines plus 35 fully automatic coiling, packaging, and robotic palletizing lines, as well as a range of flexible fire-resistant cable production equipment. This includes multi-layer winding machines, high-efficiency twin-screw grouting machines, and advanced argon arc welding systems equipped with intelligent weld-tracking technology.
The company’s main products include eco-friendly cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables, plastic-insulated control cables, overhead insulated cables, innovative flexible special-grade fire-resistant cables, aluminum alloy power cables, PVC-insulated wires, shielded flexible cables, computer cables, environmentally friendly wires, industrial robot cables, and thousands of other models. Additionally, we can customize specialty cables and uniquely shaped cables that exceed national standards, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
