Cross-linked Polyethylene Insulated Power Cable

This product is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 12706.1, "Power cables and accessories with extruded insulation rated from 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) to 35 kV (Um = 40.5 kV)—Part 1: Cables rated at 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3.6 kV)." It can also be produced to meet IEC, IS, AS/NZS, JIS, BS, ASTM, DIN, and other international standards, or tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

Product Execution Standard

This product is manufactured in accordance with GB/T 12706.1, "Power cables and accessories with extruded insulation rated from 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) to 35 kV (Um = 40.5 kV)—Part 1: Cables rated at 1 kV (Um = 1.2 kV) and 3 kV (Um = 3.6 kV)." It can also be produced to meet IEC, IS, AS/NZS, JIS, BS, ASTM, DIN, and other international standards, as well as tailored to customers' specific requirements.

Using features

  1. The maximum long-term allowable operating temperature for cable conductors is 90°C.
  2. During a short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5 seconds), the highest temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250°C.
  3. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0°C, and the minimum bending radius of the cable during installation is shown in the table below.

Note: 
(1) In addition to the above-mentioned models of PVC-sheathed power cables, our company also manufactures flame-retardant, fire-resistant, and termite-proof power cables. For flame-retardant power cables, simply add "ZA-", "ZB-", or "ZC-" before the model number; for fire-resistant cables, prefix the model number with "N-"; and for termite-proof cables, append "-FY" to the end of the model number. 
(2) Based on customer requirements, our company can also manufacture 1kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated low-smoke, low-halogen, and flame-retardant sheathed power cables, as well as low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant polyolefin-sheathed power cables, along with a variety of fire-resistant cables.
