Flexible Fire-Resistant Cable
Fire-resistant cables can withstand flame temperatures of 950°C to 1000°C during testing, with a burning duration of 120 minutes. They also meet the fire-resistance performance requirements specified in BS6387:2013—specifically, they maintain circuit integrity after undergoing individual fire tests, as well as combined tests involving fire exposure followed by water immersion and mechanical vibration, conducted sequentially in the order of C, W, and Z on the same cable sample. Thanks to their exceptional fire protection capabilities, these cables are primarily used in high-risk, densely populated areas such as hospitals, shopping malls, office buildings, and luxury hotels, effectively safeguarding both human life and property.

a. Each conductor is connected in turn to all the other conductors that are linked together;
b. Between all conductors and the copper sheath.
During the test, the cable should not break down.
